Schedule 1:

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday,Thursday,Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm

Sunday 9:00am-9:00pm

Location/Setting: Pembroke Pines 33024

Age Range: Teenager 

Acuity: High; Feeding Tube, Trach,Vent

Schedule 2:

Schedule: Friday-Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm

Location/Setting: Pembroke Pines 33024

Age Range: Toddler 

Acuity: Low, Feeding Tube

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)   
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required   
• Must have reliable transportation
