Join a dynamic ICU nursing team as a registered nurse responsible for assessing, managing, and delivering patient-centered care during hospital stays. Key Duties Include Performing comprehensive assessments, documentation, and reassessments tailored to patient age and needs. Developing and evaluating individualized care plans based on clinical data, physician orders, and patient goals. Providing and documenting nursing interventions, administering medications, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams. Monitoring patient condition, recognizing changes, and taking appropriate actions to ensure safety. Delivering specialized care such as restraint management, pain control, and abuse assessment. Qualifications Include Licensed RN in the applicable state with at least one year of experience. Current BLS, ACLS (as applicable), and state-specific licenses/certifications.
