Youll assist in leading branch staff, ensuring exceptional client service, and driving operational excellence. Youll also support sales activities and play a hands-on role in developing team members. Assists clients with other services including account migration from other banks, account maintenance, and loan support./liliAssist clients with other services including account migration from other banks, account maintenance, and loan support./liliServe as primary back-up for teller line operations./liliServe as point-of-contact for branch personnel and customers who have operational questions including override authorities./liliSupports branch growth initiatives including promoting Independent Bank./liliParticipate in special projects relating to product conversions and new product development./liliAssist with complex transactions including providing overrides and functions requiring additional authorization levels./liliPerform other duties as assigned./li/ulpWhat Were Looking For:/pulliHigh School Diploma/lili3+ years of banking experience preferred./lili1+ year of direct or indirect leadership experience./liliAdhere to all applicable regulatory compliance and personnel policies in the fulfillment of the specific duties of the position, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Confidentiality, Information Security, and Ethical Standards. Completes all online compliance and regulatory courses./liliExcellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills./liliIn-depth knowledge of Independent Bank products and services to continually provide excellent client service, including introduction of additional Bank products to enhance the clients relationship by referral to appropriate department or staff whenever possible./liliAbility to demonstrate/train Bank clients and prospects on deposit products in their place of business./liliRepresent the Bank to the community through good customer relations./liliAvailable to travel throughout the region/state to work at other branches or attend meetings./li/ulpBe Proud.
