About the Role Retail Sales Associates are the front‑line ambassadors of the Burlington brand, providing world‑class service to customers. Your responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat, organized, and clean sales floor, and supporting the management team with daily store operations. Associates may work in any or all of the following departments: Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot. Responsibilities Assist customers in locating merchandise. Help with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping. Ring up sales at registers and/or bag merchandise. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager from time to time. You will enjoy a flexible schedule and competitive wage.
