Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Concierge to join our team at Colliers Assisted Living Port St. Lucie. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting them with their needs, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information residents and families my need.
- Handle special requests and arrangements for guests, including itineraries and special occasions.
- Coordinate transportation services, assisting residents with phone calls, mail, packages.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
-Assist with documentation and any requests from department leaders.
- Keep the concierge desk organized and updated with relevant materials, brochures, and resources.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a concierge, guest services, or hospitality role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse guests.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
