Quirk has opportunities for inspired and motivated individuals who have the desire and passion to succeed. Compensation will be based on experience.Key Required Proficiencies:Diagnose vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, steering, electrical, air conditioning, etcPerform transmission inspections, repairs, rebuilds, replacements, and adjustments.Use Diagnostic Equipment and Special Service tools to test vehicle componentsTest-driving vehicles for diagnosis and repair verificationProvide the Service Advisor with an estimate of any additional repairs neededStay current with Ford technical bulletins, recalls, service procedures, and new technology.Preferred Skills:Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities.Excellent interpersonal skillsA positive attitudeStrong willingness to learn.Deisel experience preferred.Previous experience and certifications recommended.Benefits offered:- Health, Dental/Vision, 401K, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance.
