Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to support day-to-day decision-making across product, marketing, operations, and client engagement Conduct foundational analyses on KPIs such as user engagement, retention, throughput, and campaign performance to identify trends and variances Partner with internal stakeholders to understand data needs, translate them into report requirements, and support ad hoc analysis requests Assist in building clear and interpretable proof of concepts from complex data sources to support tactical and strategic goals Validate report accuracy and identify inconsistencies across reporting platforms Document reporting processes, definitions, and logic to ensure clarity and continuity Recommend improvements to existing reports or dashboards to enhance usability, efficiency, or business relevance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data collection, standardization, and reporting consistency Present findings and translate complex datasets into clear narratives supporting sales, marketing, product development, and client operations Requirements Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, or related field 1–2+ years of experience working in operations or other data-related fields Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and complex modeling, including lookup functions, pivot tables, and pivot charts Advanced analytical skills and ability to distill complex analyses for management Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools, preferably Salesforce Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint Detail-oriented with ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies Highly organized with ability to prioritize and execute many concurrent tasks Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Master’s degree in analytics, data science, or related field is a bonus Familiarity with advanced analytics tools such as PowerBI is a bonus Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in data analysis and reporting, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools like Salesforce.
