Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department . This is a Fulltime- Night shift opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Austell, Georgia (Onsite) . Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, safe, patient-centered emergency care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation). Provide evidence-based clinical care with strong critical and analytical thinking. Coordinate care through effective interdisciplinary collaboration. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation. Partner with patients and families through clear communication and education. Practice according to Georgia Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code of Ethics, and policies. Function effectively in a fast-paced Emergency Department, responding calmly to emergencies. Participate in performance improvement, shared governance, and quality initiatives. Support resource efficiency and continuity of care across the care continuum. Serve as a preceptor/mentor as needed and complete all required competencies and education. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Skills- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact) BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent) Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment Ability to work efficiently in a high-acuity, fast-paced ED Excellent communication and teamwork skills Effective time management and prioritization Competency with clinical technology and documentation systems Professional, composed response during emergent situations Strong patient advocacy and customer service orientation Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact) BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience Ability to work night shift (for this specific role) Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar fulltime positions.
