Front of House Manager: Servant-Hearted Leader

Compensation: $62,500–$67,500 base salary, plus bonus potential

About the Opportunity

Our client is a young, growing restaurant brand that is built on purpose. Its culture centers on honoring and giving back to military members, veterans, and first responders, and that commitment shows up every day: in the dining room, in the community, and in how leaders treat their teams.

Our client is looking for a hungry, dedicated Front of House Manager who leads with a servant’s heart. You love to train, coach, and develop people, and you want to grow your career alongside a brand that is still growing.

What You’ll Do

Lead, train, coach, and develop front of house team members with a people-first approach
Create a friendly, welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Work hands-on with the team; no task is too big or too small
Help support and grow a significant catering business
Champion the brand’s culture and its daily traditions of honoring those who serve
Take part in community outreach, especially events that support military members and first responders
Keep shifts organized, efficient, and running to high standards

What You Bring

At least 2 years of restaurant management experience
A people-driven leadership style; you take care of your team
A friendly, personable, approachable, and organized nature
A true team-player mentality and willingness to jump in wherever needed
A genuine connection to a culture that celebrates and serves military members, veterans, and first responders
A desire to give back to the community
Catering experience is a strong plus

Backgrounds that have done well here include Panera Bread, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Outback Steakhouse, Texas Roadhouse, and other high-volume fast casual or full-service family casual concepts. These are examples only; other backgrounds are welcome.

Compensation and Benefits

$62,500–$67,500 base salary
Monthly bonus potential based on sales
Biannual bonus tied to a performance review
Annual holiday bonus
2 weeks of paid vacation to start
Closed 7 holidays per year
Health, dental, and vision insurance
7-week paid management training program in NJ, CT, or PA, with mileage and hotel covered
