As a Life Enrichment Manager, you create personalized Life Skills experiences that foster purpose, familiarity, and meaningful moments for residents living with memory loss. What You'll Do:Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilitiesEngage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routinesOrganize small groups and enrichment clubsReview ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activitiesDocument participation per quality standardsMaintain Life Skills stations and program suppliesEncourage team members and volunteers to support engagementAssist residents to and from programs and activitiesYou help residents experience purpose, connection, and dignity through structured, resident-centered programming.What We're Looking For:1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniorsHigh School Diploma/GED; age 18+Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to adapt activities to cognitive abilityExperience leading group activities preferredPay Range: 15.00 - 18.80Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
