Job Summary

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Quality Technician to join a leading diagnostics manufacturer in Whitestown, IN. This position is responsible for performing quality calibration testing on blood samples using pipetting techniques and advanced diagnostic equipment to ensure the accuracy and reliability of medical diagnostic products.

• Perform quality calibration testing and value assignment for A1C diagnostic products.
• Test whole blood samples using pipetting techniques and diagnostic laboratory equipment.
• Conduct Total Hemoglobin, A1C, temperature calibration, accuracy bias, and product release testing.
• Analyze laboratory data, interpret results, and document findings accurately.
• Prepare and maintain whole blood sample inventory for testing.
• Operate, maintain, and verify calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Follow established laboratory procedures, ISO standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Accurately document testing results using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Support manufacturing operations and new product introductions through laboratory testing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment while adhering to OSHA, Chemical Hygiene, and Bloodborne Pathogen safety requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Associate's degree required in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related scientific discipline.
• Experience with laboratory pipetting techniques and blood sample handling preferred.
• Ability to operate diagnostic or laboratory testing equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret data.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to follow written procedures and work both independently and within a team.
• Experience with in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) is a plus.

• Laboratory and manufacturing environment.
• Regular exposure to laboratory equipment, chemicals, and blood samples.
• Required PPE includes lab coat, gloves, and safety glasses.
• Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive laboratory tasks.
