Shift: Bi‑Weekly Wednesdays | 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Perfect for PRN caregivers or can be built into a regular schedule
Pay: $16.00–$22.50 per hour (based on experience)
$100.00 Sign on Bonus after 20 shifts in 60 days with no call offs 

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a highly skilled, professional caregiver to support a client in Polk, Ohio who requires complete care. This is a hands‑on, high‑skill case, ideal for caregivers with strong experience and confidence in providing full support. CNAs and advanced caregivers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Medication reminders
• Assisting with mobility in and around the house (Hoyer lift, sit-to-stand lift, gait belt, slide board, pivot transfers, bed mobility)
• Personal care/hygiene
• Preparing meals

Qualifications and Skills

• Caregiving experience (required)​​​​

• Reliable vehicle and active auto insurance (required)
