FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Job Description Field Service Technician – Yarmouth, ME (Full-time) Pay is negotiable based on experience. Employee Boot Program offers hours toward Journeyman or Master Plumber license. Responsibilities Perform diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot customers’ water problems and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner. Install, upgrade, and maintain water softener systems, drinking water systems, UV light systems, filters, and related equipment. Help customers understand their water treatment equipment and its proper function. Build solid, long‑lasting relationships with customers. Collaborate with sales and customer service departments to ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain product inventory, company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Assist other departments and employees with delivery and installation of products and equipment. Follow all safety protocols and company regulations. Communicate positively with customers and maintain public relations for the company. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED. Minimum two years of related technical experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Self‑motivated, detail oriented, and able to multi‑task and troubleshoot. Must wear required safety equipment; tasks may require physical exertion. Ability to lift and move equipment up to 150 lbs.
