Business Development Representative – Recruitment About the Role We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our recruitment team. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing new recruitment partnerships to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and LinkedIn. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Generate leads and arrange meetings with hiring managers and key decision-makers. Understand clients’ recruitment needs and promote our recruitment solutions. Negotiate terms, develop new accounts, and convert prospects into long-term clients. Work closely with the recruitment team to deliver tailored staffing solutions. Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. What We’re Looking For Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A proactive, confident, and commercially minded approach. Experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or a similar role is preferred. Ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close new business.
