Proporcionar retroalimentación continua, positiva y constructiva a estudiantes y padres sobre el progreso y los logros. Estructura el tiempo de clase de forma eficaz para maximizar el aprendizaje mediante la repetición, el refuerzo y la introducción de nuevas habilidades. Haz un seguimiento y documenta diariamente la progresión de habilidades de los estudiantes para asegurar una mejora constante y una correcta colocación en clase. Realiza sesiones mensuales "Splash n' Tell" para proporcionar retroalimentación individualizada a los padres. Seguridad y gestión de clases Garantizar la seguridad del nadador en todo momento siguiendo los requisitos de seguridad establecidos en el currículo, mantener una supervisión constante y hacer cumplir las normas de seguridad. Mantener la estructura y organización de las clases, asegurando transiciones fluidas y un uso eficiente del tiempo de clase. Informa inmediatamente a la dirección de cualquier preocupación o incidente de seguridad. Excelencia Operativa Mantener el uso y la organización adecuados del equipo para asegurar que las clases comiencen y terminen a tiempo. Comunica las actualizaciones de la clase, el progreso del alumnado y cualquier cambio en la dirección para mantener los registros de la clase precisos. Cumple con los estándares de uniforme de SafeSplash según lo establecido en el manual del empleado. Tipo de trabajo Es obligatorio entre semana, noches entre semana y fines de semana 10+ horas por semana (la estacionalidad puede afectar la disponibilidad) Ubicación de trabajo: En el lugar Reporta al Director General o al Subdirector General. Requisitos RCP/DEA y primeros auxilios para la certificación de adultos, niños y bebés (debe obtenerse dentro de los primeros 90 días de empleo; formación disponible) Finalización de la formación curricular de SafeSplash en los primeros 30 días de empleo Capacidad para levantar, empujar y tirar hasta 50 libras Cómodo trabajando en el agua y alrededor durante largos periodos Cómodo trabajando con niños durante largos periodos Se prefiere experiencia previa en natación #J-18808-Ljbffr Splash Swim School
