Family Law Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Associate Attorney to join our Riverside office. Responsibilities Manage a caseload from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, settlement agreements, and judgments. Appear at hearings, conferences, settlement conferences, and trials. Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda. Prepare clients for hearings, depositions, and mediation. Develop case strategy with supervising attorneys. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status. Collaborate with paralegals and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management. Maintain accurate billing and time records. Qualifications Active member of the California State Bar in good standing. Minimum of three years of California family law experience preferred. Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Experience appearing independently in California family law court. Excellent organizational and case management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and exceptional client communication skills.
