The Opportunity

As a Tax Supervisor, you'll serve as both a technical resource and client advisor while leading tax engagements and supporting the development of junior professionals.

Key Responsibilities Tax Compliance & Planning

• Review complex business and individual tax returns
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and planning strategies

Client Advisory Services

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients

Leadership & Team Development

• Mentor, coach, and develop staff accountants and seniors

Engagement Management

• Coordinate tax engagements from start to finish
• Monitor project timelines and budgets
• Ensure high-quality client deliverables

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong technical tax knowledge
• Experience reviewing tax returns and supporting client engagements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Commitment to exceptional client service
