We specialize in custom-engineered solutions, transformer services, and switchgear manufacturing. Role Overview We're hiring an experienced Outside Sales Account Manager to drive growth across a multi-state territory. You'll promote technical products and services, develop long-term customer relationships, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close. Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites to sell electrical services and equipment
• Generate and manage leads; build a strong sales pipeline
• Create proposals and respond to RFQs
• Collaborate with engineering and operations on project execution
• Attend trade shows and industry events

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales (industrial, energy, or electrical industry preferred)
  
• Technical degree or experience with electrical systems (switchgear, transformers, etc.)
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to travel up to 80%
  
• Valid driver’s license; must pass background and drug screening
