The facility operates a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program, offering an integrated care model focused on delivering value-based, patient-centered services to elderly participants across outpatient, inpatient, and post-acute care settings.\n

\nMD/DO - PACE Medical Director of Resource Management - Outpatient Clinic\n

\n
• Serve as the PACE Medical Director of Resource Management in a full-time, direct hire capacity working Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm
\n
• Promote high value care by ensuring clinical integrity of outpatient, inpatient, and post-acute care reviews
\n
• Provide oversight of medical necessity to support appropriate, cost-conscious service recommendations
\n
• Drive optimal patient outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance
\n
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, and/or Family Medicine required
\n
• Minimum of 3 years in a resource management or medical leadership role within a managed care, health plan, or value-based care setting required
\n
• PACE clinical experience preferred
\n
• Graduate from an accredited school of Medicine required; advanced degree (MS, MPH, MHA, MBA) preferred
\n
• Current active and unrestricted MD or DO California license required
\n
• DEA license and current BLS required
\n
• Board certified or eligible in a primary care specialty required; ACLS certification preferred
\n
