Operations Manager, Lean & Continuous Improvement

Radial is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a cross-functional team at the Indianapolis 2 Fulfillment Center in Avon, IN. You will oversee inbound, pick/pack, outbound shipments and inventory, driving Lean process improvements and a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires at least 2 years in operations management, a degree, and strong data analysis and communication skills.
