LPN Qualifications:

• Unrestricted Washington LPN License OR Compact License
• LPN Experience (6 months +)
• CPR (BLS) Card from the American Heart Association
• Negative TB Test from within the past year
• Physical Exam from within the past year
• Up to date Immunization records
• Ability to pass background check

Experience:

• LPN: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (from the American Heart Association) (Preferred)
• Negative TB Test (from within past 12 months) (Preferred)
• Physical Exam (from within past 12 months) (Preferred)
• Washington LPN license (Required)
