Shift Manager – McDonald’s Franchise Join us to lead shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service for every customer at a McDonald’s franchise. Responsibilities Lead crew and other managers during each shift. Maintain quality, service and cleanliness standards. Plan for shifts, monitor performance, and take action to meet targets. Ensure safety, security and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare a great shift. Manage scheduling, inventory, food safety and training. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 18 years or older. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality setting.
