Quality Technicians Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)

• Perform production line assembly of solar panel components
• Work with small parts requiring fine motor skills and attention to detail
• Set up and assist with basic machine operation and adjustments
• Inspect components for quality and accuracy during production
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area Support team production goals in a fast-paced environment

Quality Technicians Qualifications:

• Experience in assembly, electronics, or similar production environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components
• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production setting
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and follow standardized procedures
• Preferred experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, production line or quality inspection

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
