Qualified appointments are provided, training is included, and top performers can earn six figures through an uncapped commission plan. Previous generator experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Educate customers on the benefits of backup power solutions.
• Conduct site assessments and provide tailored proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective relationship building.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on backup power solutions.
• Strong knowledge of backup power solutions and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• 3+ years of previous experience in residential backup power solutions (preferred).
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
