Occupational Therapist - Full Time

Licensed Occupational Therapist

We're hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role with one of our trusted clients. Your skills will support patients on their journey to healing and independence.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Maryland OT license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in home health preferred. Candidate will serve St. Mary's and Charles County, MD.
• Open to new graduates. Customized training provided based on candidate experience level.
• Maintain documentation of freedom from TB in a communicable form.
• Maintain annual influenza vaccination documentation.
• Meet mandatory competencies as defined by the agency Education Plan.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
• Maintain a valid driver's license.
• Maintain personal auto insurance of at least $100,000 bodily injury per person and $200,000 bodily injury per accident.

Compensation & Reimbursement Details

• Tiered per-visit rates for OT services
• Gas mileage reimbursed at $0.69 per mile. No company vehicle provided.
• Full benefits offered.
