We are seeking hardworking, dependable individuals to join a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. This role combines hands-on production work with material handling and forklift operation. Ideal candidates enjoy staying active, working outdoors or in industrial settings, and supporting both production and logistics functions. **Pay: **$17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Shifts :- 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• 4:15 PM to 2:45 AM

Location: Lochbuie, CO What You’ll Do - Set up, monitor, and run soil packaging equipment to maintain steady production speed and output.

• Package, inspect, and stack bagged soil onto pallets as product comes off the line; clear minor jams and troubleshoot basic machinery issues.
• Check finished bags for proper seal integrity, correct labeling, and precise weight specifications.
• Safely operate sit-down forklifts (including double-fork attachments) to supply the line with packaging materials and stage finished pallets.
• Stretch-wrap, label, and move finished pallets into warehouse storage or outdoor staging yards.
• Perform routine pre-shift equipment checks, assist with line cleanup in a dusty industrial setting, and adhere to all plant safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience operating production, packaging, or bagging machinery preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of forklift operation experience (double-fork experience is a plus).
• Physical stamina to stand for 10-hour shifts and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working in industrial indoor and outdoor settings, including dusty environments.
• Flexibility to work overtime up to 60 hours per week (including weekends) during peak seasonal rushes.
• Steel-toe boots required.
