Primary Responsibilities Assist in the setup of machinery for operation Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor under direction of the machine operator Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops Comply with all safety and health regulations Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials Provide services to customers on a 24/7 emergency basis – On call schedule for the team Provide the best customer service possible while maintaining a high level of efficiency Support services for other teams in the plumbing division.
