• Handle complex insurance defense litigation matters from inception through trial.

• Independently manage high-exposure files including catastrophic injury, transportation, premises liability, product liability, and general liability matters.

• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, attend mediations, and handle trial preparation.

• Serve as first chair trial counsel on sophisticated litigation matters.

• Work closely with carriers, businesses, and sophisticated institutional clients.

⚖️ About You:

• 4+ years of Insurance Defense litigation experience.

• First chair trial experience required.

• Strong experience handling complex civil litigation matters through all phases of litigation.
