Our food ingredients manufacturing client in Chaska is growing its production team and looking for dependable Production Associates who want stable, hands-on work and a place to build a long-term career!

Overview:

1st Shift: 5:00am–1:30pm, Monday-Friday
2nd Shift: 2:00pm-12:00am, Monday-Thursday
3rd Shift: 9:00pm–5:30am, Sunday–Thursday

Pay rate: $19/hr - $22/hr, depending on experience and shift

Production Associate Duties:
• Blend and package products according to specifications
• Learn how to operate mixing kettles and help prepare blended food ingredient batches
• Record ingredient and packaging information for full GMP traceability
• Keep production rooms clean, organized, and food-safe
• Use stand-up forklifts (training provided)
• Contribute to a team that succeeds because every person does their part

People who succeed in this role:
• Have previous manufacturing experience
• Enjoy physical work and can lift 50 lbs consistently
• Want a stable job with a steady schedule
• Don’t mind strong food smells (garlic, fruit, etc.)
• Appreciate a team where everyone is easy to work with
• Be comfortable with production work, including keeping work areas sanitized and clean

Work environment:
• Locker access available
• PPE provided: safety shoes if needed, smocks, hair nets, hearing protection, odor masks
• Not a high-speed setting; the work is steady and methodical
• Strong culture of teamwork, respect, and helping each other out
• Cross training opportunities and room to grow into other departments
