We are a growing real estate development company seeking a property manager.
The Property Manager is tasked with the goal of maximizing NOI, providing superior customer service, managing the team and minimizing the risk to the performance of the property. We offer a team based and structured environment; however, employees are expected to be self-disciplined, creative, and entrepreneurial. Persistence toward delivering an unrivaled life experience for our residents is critical to our success, and we're looking for an experienced professional to join our team! Job Details:• Participate in the development of the property budget and maintain performance according to this budget
• Identify ways to improve property performance and service delivery to achieve increased NOI
• Oversee Maintenance staff and leasing staff
• Become an expert on local market competition and complete surveys of performance
• Attract residents by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current residents; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units
• Accomplish financial objectives
• Maintain property by investigating and resolving resident complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting with vendors
• Maintain building systems by contracting for maintenance services; supervising repairs
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Education and Experience:
• Minimum 3 years management experience in Hospitality or Property Management
• Construction / rehab experience required
• Sales and business development experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
• Experience with Yardi Compensation:
