Cleanroom Technician Job Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience

Cleanroom Technician Job Description:

• Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain workflow by following established processes, setting processing variables, monitoring control points, and promoting teamwork across departments.
• Ensure production schedules are met and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout all production activities.
• Complete and maintain accurate batch records and inventory documentation.
• Handle products in compliance with cGMP, ISO, and QMS procedures.
• Access and follow work instructions and SOPs through the company's online Quality Management System (QMS).
• Complete all required training for products and procedures within established timelines.
• Operate production equipment including counting machines, balances, shrink wrappers, banding equipment, and stretch wrappers.
• Follow OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing production areas using chemicals such as isopropyl alcohol, solvents, and detergents.
• Process material transactions and support inventory management through the ERP system.
• Participate in company meetings and training sessions.
• Understand customer expectations and the markets the company serves.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Cleanroom Technician Job Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, production, cleanroom, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn QMS and ERP systems.
• Ability to accurately complete production and inventory documentation.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and following safety protocols.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable wearing appropriate gowning PPE.
