Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students’ communication skills in a collaborative school setting. This onsite contract role is available for a highly motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or SLP-CCC), with the flexibility to welcome qualified Clinical Fellows. The assignment will cover a maternity leave from mid-September through the end of November, working full-time hours with a supportive team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP license; willingness to secure additional credentials if required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, open to Clinical Fellows (CF)
  • Previous schools-based or pediatric experience highly valued
  • Familiarity with IEP writing and collaborative interdisciplinary practices
  • Excellent communication and organization skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students in grades PK-5
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for a caseload of approximately 50-60 students
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and staff professional development as needed
  • Deliver therapy onsite within a supportive and resource-rich elementary environment

This full-time position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives while gaining valuable school-based experience. The assignment spans September 14th through November 30th, covering the fall maternity leave and returning after Thanksgiving break.
