Assembly Technician

Aircraft Assembly TechnicianAssemble legacy aircraft components such as slats, canopies, ventral fins, cowlings, and structural assemblies in accordance with engineering specifications.Perform mechanical assembly using aerospace-grade hardware and fasteners, ensuring correct selection and installation for each application.Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and detailed work instructions to plan and execute assembly tasks accurately.Use hand tools and precision equipment, including torque drivers, rivet guns, drills, calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools, to complete assemblies to specification.Install rivets, fasteners, and hardware per engineering and quality requirements, including sheet metal and structural applications.Verify torque requirements using appropriate tools and document results in line with established quality procedures.This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camarillo, CA.The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
