We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Customer Service / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Vernon, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has some previous customer service and warehouse experience and is looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced work environment.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable assisting customers, communicating with internal teams, and helping with basic warehouse-related tasks. This is an entry-level position , so we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, orders, and general requests
• Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and internal staff
• Enter and update customer and order information
• Assist with basic data entry and administrative tasks
• Help coordinate orders and communicate order status
• Assist with warehouse activities as needed
• Help verify, organize, and track incoming and outgoing orders
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork
• Assist with general office and warehouse duties
• Follow company procedures and maintain a safe, organized work environment

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Basic computer skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
