LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead a small accounting team, manage month-end close procedures, prepare financial statements and quarterly/annual financial reporting, coordinate with other departments, and assist with budget projections. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of accounting experience and at least one year of supervisory experience. This direct hire opportunity is in Tulsa, OK and the anticipated salary for this role is between $120,000 - $140,000.

Responsibilities:

· Lead small team of accounting professionals

· Ensures an accurate and timely month end close

· Prepare and analyze financial statements

· Assist with annual budget revenue projections and analysis

· Prepare journal entries

· Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports

· Coordinate and prepare information for audits

· Ensure accuracy of financial data and records

· Capital projects tracking

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred

· 5+ years of accounting experience, including at least 1 year of supervisory experience

· SAP experience

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Experience in a plant manufacturing environment
