Machine Operator (Entry Level – Full Training Provided)

Location: Peterborough, NH

Pay: $18 - $22 per hour (plus shift premiums where applicable)

RPS Recruitment is recruiting exclusively on behalf of a leading aerospace manufacturer for multiple entry-level Machine Operator opportunities in Peterborough, NH.

As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Learning to safely operate precision manufacturing equipment through comprehensive paid training.
• Producing high-quality aerospace components to extremely tight tolerances.
• Inspecting finished components using precision measuring equipment.
• Following quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures while continuously developing your technical skills.

As a Machine Operator, you will bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good basic maths and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability.
• Mechanical aptitude or an interest in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, construction, warehouse, food production, or other hands-on work.
• A willingness to learn and work flexible shifts following training.

Training & Shift Information

Training is typically completed on 1st Shift , where you'll receive hands-on coaching from experienced machinists before moving into your assigned shift.

Available shifts include:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:00 AM
