We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Technical Support & Customer Success Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping customers succeed, learning new technologies, and building a long-term career in software and customer success. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support through our help desk, phone, chat, screen-sharing sessions, and online meetings. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software configuration, functionality, and system usage. Diagnose reported issues and determine whether they are caused by user configuration, training needs, or software defects. Escalate verified software bugs and communicate effectively with development and product teams. Create and maintain knowledge base articles, support documentation, and troubleshooting guides for both internal and customer use. Conduct customer training sessions through webinars, virtual meetings, and recorded instructional videos. Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and ensuring a positive support experience. Continuously expand product knowledge and stay current on new features and enhancements. Qualifications Required Skills & Attributes Passion for helping customers and delivering outstanding service. Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a customer service, technical support, help desk, or SaaS support role. Basic understanding of HTML and web technologies. Familiarity with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL). Understanding of how web applications and websites are structured and function. Experience creating training materials, documentation, or knowledge base articles.
