SR HR Business Partner

Overview Job Title: SR HR Business Partner Location: Oxnard, CA Zip Code: 93030 Start Date: Immediate We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position offers a pay range of $96.68/hr; Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Responsibilities Partner with leaders to provide HR guidance and data-driven solutions on workforce and people matters. Support employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, attendance management, and policy interpretation. Advise on talent management activities including workforce planning, succession planning, employee development, retention, and DEI initiatives. Support organizational changes, business transformations, and workforce integration activities. Provide guidance on compensation, recognition, and total rewards programs. Resolve employee and leader inquiries through HR service channels and prevent issue escalation. Communicate HR policies, programs, and best practices to leaders and employees. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and business stakeholders on key people initiatives. Promote an inclusive, accountable, and high-performance culture. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 5+ years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Employee Relations experience preferred. Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent management, and HR policies. Experience supporting unionized or labor-sensitive environments is an advantage. Excellent consulting, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities. Proficiency with HR technology, data analytics, and AI-enabled tools. Strong business acumen and ability to influence leaders. Collaborative and customer-focused approach.
