Job Description

Experienced CDL-A Truck Driver Wanted Solo & Team Positions | Kottke Trucking, Inc.

Kottke Trucking, Inc. is now hiring experienced Commercial Driver's License Class A (CDL-A) Solo and Team Truck Drivers to run freight across the Midwest and Southeast. This position requires a minimum of 12 months of verifiable driving experience and offers consistent home time.

Position Overview

- Solo and Team driving opportunities available

- Consistent, regular home time

- 98% no-touch freight

- $2,500 referral bonus plus one week of paid vacation per referral

Compensation

- Solo Company Drivers: $1,200$1,700 weekly

- Average annual earnings: $75,000$85,000

- Team Company Drivers: $3,000$5,000 weekly, split

- Monthly bonus program

- Clean Department of Transportation (DOT) inspection bonus

- Detention, layover, and stop pay

Route Information

- Solo Company Drivers: Home every 1012 days; routes cover the entire Midwest-to-Southeast customer base

- Team Drivers: Routes cover the Midwest to the Southeast, with frequent runs between Minnesota and Georgia

- Freight types: 53-foot refrigerated trailers, dry van freight, and produce

Requirements

- Valid Class A CDL

- Minimum 12 months of driving experience

- Must pass DOT physical examination and drug screening

- Approved driving record

- Reefer (refrigerated trailer) experience preferred
