Industrial Sewer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.25 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 03:30pm )

• Sewing & Finishing: Craft and finish industrial ducting, curtains, brattice, and custom fittings, including attaching cuffs.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed quality control checks (lengths, widths, and pitches) to ensure precision and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily preventive maintenance, set up machines, and handle minor conveyor/sewing machine adjustments.
• Operations Support: Read pick sheets, assist with monthly inventory counts, and support additional team tasks as needed.
• Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.

Industrial Sewer Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior industrial sewing experience is strongly preferred.
• Key Skills: High attention to detail, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a safety-first mindset.
• Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift/pull up to 75 lbs. repetitively throughout shift.
• Ability to stand for 10-hour shift.
