Are you tired of being bored at work, pushing papers and never having anyone to laugh with? Scooter's Coffee in Harlan, IA is looking for energetic baristas with fun personalities who are passionate about serving others with spectacular service.

As a barista you'll prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages while providing fast, quality customer service. You'll ensure the store is clean and sanitary, products are stocked, and fun is being had on every shift.

Job duties include:

• Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages, as well as various sweet offerings, in accordance to established service standards (i.e. coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, pastries).
• Clean, sanitize and maintain store.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Stock and replenish food, beverages and utensils as needed.
• Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory; communicate shortages as necessary.
• Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings.
• Receive, unload and distribute deliveries.
• Must work a closing shift, a weekend shift and have flexible availability.
• Must be reliable and able to work all shifts.
• Available shifts and compensation: Weekend availability and day shift availability during school hours. Compensation is $12.00/hour. + Tips
