Job Summary Our client is seeking a high-caliber Senior Field Superintendent in Huntsville, AL to command the helm of dynamic commercial and industrial projects. If you excel at driving site operations, leading multi-disciplinary crews, and translating complex plans into flawless physical builds on schedule and budget, this is your stage. Location Huntsville, Alabama Job Type Permanent Salary $125,000 - 150,000 per year Work Hours 8am to 5pm Education Bachelors Responsibilities Team Management: Managing workforce planning and productivity across all onsite crews. Operational Oversight: Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Smartsheets to manage project documentation, cost control, and rigorous construction schedules. Subcontractor Coordination: Direct all carpentry, concrete, roofing, HVAC, and electrical subcontractors to ensure seamless phase transitions. Safety & Quality: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA 30 standards and internal quality requirements to maintain a zero-incident environment.
