Your Role

In this vital role, you'll do more than just address symptoms; you'll help restore routines, rebuild self-esteem, and revive joy in daily life. From supporting stroke survivors in fine motor rehabilitation to assisting orthopedic patients in recovering mobility post-surgery, you'll employ your expertise to offer person-centered care that nurtures resilience and independence.

This position thrives on personalized care rather than predefined procedures. Each patient represents a unique narrative, and every therapy session unfolds as a segment of their rehabilitation journey. You will closely collaborate with fellow therapists, medical professionals, and social workers to formulate rehabilitation plans as distinctive as the individuals you assist.

We have created a truly wonderful community here. Our rehab team goes beyond the ordinary, supporting one another, sharing knowledge, and celebrating achievements together, no matter how big or small. You will find your voice valued, your professional growth encouraged, and your effects on patient recovery visible each day.

The backdrop of this work is no less stunning. Picture Colorado Springs, a locality famed for its breathtaking mountain vistas, outdoor adventures, and endless opportunities for exploration. The vibrant community resonates with life and creativity. From outdoor festivals to local markets filled with artisan goods, this is a place where connections happen effortlessly, and life is celebrated in all its forms. Whether you are inspired by nature, engaged in local arts, or simply savoring food from one of the region's myriad worldwide cuisines, Colorado Springs offers so much more than just a place to work.

Who We Need

We seek individuals who view occupational therapy not merely as a career, but as a heartfelt vocation. If you light up when a patient masters a new skill, regains mobility, or shares a long-lost story, you'll fit in beautifully with our team.

Whether you're a seasoned OTR/L or newly certified and ready to make a splash, you will flourish here if you bring compassion, dedication, and a willingness to learn to your practice. If the idea of combining exceptional care with a fulfilling lifestyle excites you, you have found your place to thrive.

Join Us in Creating Something Meaningful

This is an invitation to take part in a mission far grander than a position. Here, your contributions will shape lives, fuel restorative journeys, and recover what was once lost, all in a territory known for its lively spirit and balance between ambition and tranquility.

If you're ready to elevate your career while becoming a cherished part of a community that genuinely cares - we are eager for you to join us.
