Unit Notes - Hiring Process: Profile Review with MedSol Clinical, Interview with Unit manager at facility - Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted - Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote 26 WEEK CONTRACT ONLY!! Department: PT Outpatient - STM # of patients treated per day 45 minute 1:1 treatments, eval and recurring schedule 9, management of cx/ns imperative General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS AHA, CO PT License or Compact Other Certs Required for all PT: no Common diagnosis / Types of patients mostly ortho, small community OP rehab so wide variety Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? outpatient What areas are they required to cover? outpatient Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties well versed PT PT Manager/Supervisor Tim Andrews Rehab Aides: PTA's yes, but 1:1 treatments Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) shifts/hours/patients as agreed upon: 8a-5p Weekend Requirements no Holiday Requirements no Scrub Color/Dress Code business casual Department specific orientation yes Additional Notes Great team, we have had 2 previous PTs accept full time positions
