About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Experience Officer (CXO) to join their executive team. The CXO will be responsible for leading the organization's experience, marketing, and digital delivery functions, with a strong focus on driving organizational growth. This includes identifying and resolving friction points in the member experience, leading product development, and implementing innovative digital solutions. The role also involves strengthening the company's connections within the local community and serving as a visible ambassador at various events. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years' of executive leadership experience, with a preference for those holding a master’s degree. As the CXO, the successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and other executives to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for the company's members. This is a high-profile leadership position that requires a strategic and proactive approach to enhancing the member journey. The role is pivotal in maintaining the company's mission of improving the financial well-being of its members and making a positive impact in the communities it serves. The CXO will be expected to collaborate across departments, drive innovation, and be a champion for the company's values and community-oriented approach.
