Get immediate, hands-on experience with active buyers by working alongside sales agents to guide their clients through home showings. Become exceptional at understanding buyer needs by providing detailed, written feedback that helps confirm or refine clients' search criteria. Build real transaction and negotiation skills early by writing and negotiating offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients. Create consistent income opportunities while building your pipeline by committing to a minimum of 10 hours per week of proven lead generation. Convert more conversations with confidence by participating in weekly script practice aligned with team standards.
