APEX Placement & Consulting has partnered with a manufacturing company in Lowell, AR, looking to add a Maintenance Supervisor to its third-shift team. In this hands-on role, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment while supporting plant leadership and reliable production operations.

What your day will look like:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems throughout the facility.

• Work with electrical systems ranging from 24VDC to 480VAC.

• Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, technical drawings, and equipment layouts to diagnose issues and complete repairs.

• Install and maintain wiring, switches, motor controls, control panels, and related electrical equipment in accordance with applicable codes.

• Diagnose electrical and electronic failures, repairing or replacing components as needed.

• Perform preventive maintenance and general facility repairs to support safe, efficient operations.

• Support machine controller connections and program downloads from the computer network.

• Document maintenance activities and equipment repairs in a computerized maintenance management system.

• Complete welding and fabrication tasks as needed.

• Safely operate a forklift and maintain a clean, organized work area.

What we’re looking for:

• A vocational or technical degree and at least six years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A strong industrial maintenance background with hands-on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and controls experience.

• Ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, mechanical drawings, and ladder logic.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work through complex equipment issues.

• Basic math skills, proficiency with measuring tools, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

• Ability to obtain forklift operator certification.

• Willingness to provide personal tools required for the role.

• Availability to work third shift and overtime as needed.

• Welding, fabrication, and motor control/drive experience preferred.
