What You’ll get to doOversee the financial and operational transaction processing for business line operationsResponsible for the accurate and timely closing of financials systems for area of responsibilityResponsible for the monthly balance sheet reconciliation and controls monitoring for area of responsibilityOversee the annual physical inventory flyover adjustments and reviewManage inventory valuation adjustments and reservesCoordinate the external audit support internally for the interim and year-end auditsPrepare and distribute reports and provide analysis/support as needed monthlyServe as the key finance partner with operations to drive operational excellence and continuous improvementsResponsible for the management and development of a team of accounting professionalsCollaborate with other functional areas in corporate, region, and local operations on special projectsDeliver results individually and as a key team member in a fast paced, high performance cultureEncourage and identify process improvement opportunities for the Shared Service organization as it relates to the individual’s area of responsibilityResponsible for the due diligence and integration of any acquired entities through M&A for area of responsibilityProvide technical accounting advice on accounting mattersComplete ad hoc projects.What We Are Looking ForBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or a Master’s Degree with an emphasis in Accounting and FinanceAt least 10-15 years of progressive experience in accounting or financeSolid understanding of GAAP and IFRSThorough understanding of large company ERP environments like SAP, JDE, OracleExperience with reporting systems like Essbase, HFM, Cognos, SAP BW, or similarProficiency with core MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong supervisory and interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsCritical thinking and strong analytical skillsSolid project management and administrative skillsProven track record in managing people, meeting deadlines, and working collaboratively as part of a team are essentialPreferred Experience and SkillsProven experience collaborating with and building the capability of less experienced colleaguesSAP ERP implementation experiencePreferred experience with SAP ECC, JDE, Essbase, and BlacklineAdvanced skills for financial analysis / modeling in Microsoft ExcelExperience with Lean / Six Sigma methodsCPA or CMA certificationDemonstrated openness to change, flexibility, and adaptabilityStrong tactical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skillsOrganizational influence with strong interpersonal and communication skills What we have to offerCompetitive base salary and participation in our annual incentive planHighly competitive benefits programsHybrid office environmentDress for your Day - flexible dress code based on type of work and/or audience for the day401k retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions#LI-HybridEmployer StatementEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled Pay ClassSalaried ExemptMinimum Pay Rate$141,900.00 Maximum Pay Rate$212,900.00 Primary Location: Irving-TX
