Owning the go-to-market strategy for the cybersecurity practice, the full-time Cybersecurity Practice Director will manage client engagements, drive revenue, and establish relationships with C-suite executives while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and drive the full commercial cycle for cybersecurity engagements from pipeline generation to deal closure Build and scale repeatable security service offerings, packaging capabilities into market-ready services Establish trusted relationships with CTOs and CISOs, converting executive conversations into actionable engagements Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or managed security services Proven track record of owning revenue and closing deals with C-level stakeholders Strong experience in building and launching security service offerings Deep expertise in cloud security and risk assessment across platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2
