Social Service Director

Social Service Director At Aliya Healthcare, we're committed to putting people first. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Service Director to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the social service department's strategy, operations, and outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social service programs and services to meet the needs of our residents and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and deliver patient-centered care plans that address the social, emotional, and psychological needs of our residents
- Lead and supervise a team of social workers, counselors, and other social service professionals
- Develop and manage budgets for social service programs and services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for social service practices
- Foster strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance our social services and advocacy efforts
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes
